Possibly referring to the assault of a reporter in Montana; "You just broke my glasses" which is something Clark Kent might say; possibly to instigate more trouble for me (i.e., only minor injuries [in attack in Sacramento on 5/22]). [...] Kennedy failed [...to make any drastic changes to halt prejudice in America], was stubborn in Cuban Missile Crisis, & was overly friendly toward Kruschev at a summit before that; he was assassinated by Lee Harvey Oswald, who was assassinated in prison by Jack Ruby, a Jew. Possibly the media is claiming they are tracking a plot to cause me to be hostage in jail with attacks against me on behalf of the rebels [...]; or, they are orchestrating it; the reporter in Montana assaulted immediately after I was attacked in Sac; possibly claiming a bigger showdown where I have to transform into a Superman fighter. On the other hand, [...] the Ca. Vietnamese male from Milpitas in Washington (Tran), [...] possibly orchestrating a Cal'll (Kal El [Superman]) call of duty. It's possible there was more to Kennedy's acts behind the scenes; was there a secret campaign involving Jews & Catholics to anhilate Orthodox Christians in the early 1900's underwriting the communist mass murders? I read at least one source indicating both Catholics & Protestants working behind the scenes to bring an end to the Soviet/communist mass murders, but it was low key efforts. (Kennedy's welcoming of Kruschev, one of those who had carried out millions of mass murders (as second in command under Stallin) was the wrong reaction - Jack Kennedy considered the Jews' Ruby [jewel]? It doesn't seem any of the Catholic church leaders was that far gone. Catholic headquarters is in Italy, home of mafia - known for hit men; was the Catholic church calling for hits against the Orthodox church, & the mafia was a tell-tale outcropping? This is conjecture; one source indicates mafia was around in 1800's, though not necessarily criminal at first, which indicates mafia wasn't "inspired" by any supposed Catholic acts against Orthodoxes. More likely, the efforts of Protestants & Catholics was to help the Orthodox Christians in Russia [...,] low profile based on the tattle tale principle [...]: In a predominantly non-Christian world, if you call attention to millions of Christians being slaughtered, it could encourage more of the same. I.e., the heroic examples for Christ in Russia were downplayed so that it wouldn't instigate more oppression against the church, a cowardly reaction - instead of boldly proclaiming the great examples of faith of so many, & trusting in God to fight any ensuing battle.

While you could say we acted courageously on behalf of the rights of S. Vietnamese, sacrificing a lot of lives to "save" them from communism, we failed to recognize one of the root causes of communism in the Soviet Union - & Asia - was America's hypocrisy - our prolonged failure to save ourselves first from slavery & then from rampant prejudism, despite promoting ourselves as the leaders of the free world. When communism orchestrated mass murders of Christians, we failed to save our brothers & sisters in Christ, intervening - doing anything - for them in their time of need, instead ignoring it & covering it up. Possibly fighting in Vietnam for the good of allies was an offering of love, courage, & concern for our neighbors, but according to God it fell short, & he used it as a wake up call - that we fell short of the courage & Christian character that he expected of us. But it may also be our concept of V-Day in WW II; Americans, Soviets, English, & French defeated the Germans in Europe; but we had allied with Soviet leaders - the same ones who had committed worse atrocities than Germany against their own people - Soviet Christians - & we had turned a blind eye & ignored it, & then called these evil leaders our allies. [While Germany was also trying to take over the world (which obviously required us to act),] saying [...] "'so, V-Day is it," was a sin against God, because it was blatantly ignoring the [...mass murders committed by the Soviet leaders all over again - no effort made to deal with it despite a war getting us over to Europe & interacting directly with them!] & God was trying to get our attention with the Viet Nam goodwill "patch up" job that we simply couldn't accomplish.

The "land of the free, & the home of the brave," with promises of "freedom & justice for all" & the "right to life, liberty, & pursuit of happiness" sent a message of ambiguity & a lukewarm attitude to the world; minorities in America treated poorly & often walled off from prosperity & pursuit of happiness, sometimes starting with teachers making prejudicial distinctions in schools. With Protestants holding most leadership positions, this corruption was perpetuated without remedy. Kennedy was the first Catholic president, & people, many probably without it actually registering with them, were looking to him to make drastic changes to make our cherished rights a reality for everyone - would the Catholics bring about remedy? But there was no real solution or remedy brought by Kennedy, & in fact he was the same as previous presidents. While Kennedy failed to handle the Cuban missile crisis responsibly, probably the actual reason he was assassinated by Lee Harvey Oswald was that a large segment of the population was still in effect "walled off" from prosperity - an "ownership greed" mentality. Jacqueline married Onassis subsequently, almost as if confessing the cause of kennedy's demise: "own ass is;" the rich & wealthy being "asses" toward the impoverished & disadvantaged; allowing possessiveness & greed to control & have priority over humanity, dignity, freedom, & equality. The U.S. boasting to the world a government "of the people, by the people, & for the people," & "liberty & justice for all," & being the "melting pot" of all races, the beacon of light to the nations & a Christian nation; & yet prejudice allowed to proliferate unchecked for decades - blatant "in your face" hypocricy, which probably contributed to Russia & other nations concocting communism - assuring that no one is walled off from having income - everyone has a job & earns the same amount. While this form of economy is inferior to capitalism as far as overall productivity & health of a nation, the point was America got everybody's attention with big boasts of freedom & justice, & a nation of all races, & then in practice we are on the fence, after starting out with slaves before that! Moreover, we were representing ourselves to be a predominantly Christian nation, "one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty & justice for all," & yet only giving lip service to these values instead of being on fire for justice! Sending a pathetic example of what it means to be Christians orobably contributed to the Marxists (Russia), the Communists in China, & others to declare religion to be the "opium of the masses." The message was that we didn't really believe it ourselves, or that we weren't awake enough to be aware of how many people were looking to us to lead & set the example. The spectre of prejudicial exclusion & labeling was leveled against rock & rollers, a curse designed to ruin them. I testify that the rebels oppressing me in No. Ca. have centered their oppression on preventing me from prospering in order to have more for themselves. The gov't may have staged a murder in Woodland to warn them: I disappeared in Sac jail for 4 mos. in 2007; upon release, my USB drive had a file planted on it, "Essays On Murder" by Ricardo Abrams. Because of a conspired banishment order banishing me from entire UCD campus, including the law library, the rebels knew I'd be fighting my legal battles from Yolo law library in Woodland; when I arrived, on the desktop of one of the computers, "Essays On Murder" by Ricardo Abrams; about 3 mos. later, Abrams was murdered. Possibly in a "fight fire with fire" scenario (using codes to warn rebels who are using codes - but I don't allow any use of codes), Feds staged it to warn those who claimed to be Christians in the area, but were making me a slave - including sabotaging my law suits (& as of that point, I was due a lot of law suit award money, by any standards) - out of motives of greed: 'Our ick [is] our dough, Abr[ah]ams;' alternately, 'our ick is our dough [is] Abr[ah]am's.' Christians are called children of Abraham (& Abram was Abraham's original name in the Bible); it was a double entendre warning to them that they aren't Christians, & they are greedy & conspiring.

While protest may be a bona fide reaction to election of Trump as president, don't be duped by the rebels!!! The UCD students suddenly brashly marched through the streets in Davis yelling loudly in protest after the election - that also has been occurring in other locations. To the extent that anyone wants to claim the students led, wise up! The rebels have placed plants in Davis causing the students to be essentially chameleons; the plants may be from the gov't or other parties who are able to see things more clearly than the local rebels who were trapped in their sins years ago; they are propped up & injected at "opportune" instances to create impression that they are leaders who are on top of things, when they are puppets who became cowards & traitors long ago. Protest is good, if you avoid violence & property damage; propping up the UCD students or endorsing them, when they have instigated a lot of the bitterness that has resulted in the shooting sprees all over the nation, only furthers the rebellion. If you want to emulate anyone, try following the Europeans, who have become a beacon of love & aid toward the destitute Mideasterners. BUT FOCUS ON THE CAUSE, NOT THE SYMPTOMS. DAVIS IS AN ATHEIST REBEL TERRITORY WITH GOALS OF ENSLAVING & CRUCIFYING CHRISTIANS -
& THE DEMISE OF OUR NATION IS NO OBSTACLE The death row threat codes have their basis in a predominantly atheist population with goals of eliminating anyone who is a bona-fide Christian (publicly evangelizing for Christ). Nevertheless, all the Davis churches are directly involved, & some of them are using the death threats as tools to try to control & enslave me, & with the others it's direct threats that I'm going to die. In approx. 2007 or a new towing company arrived in Davis - All About Towing - with tow hitch in the form of a cross. There was already a conspiratorial plot that the conspirators would allow me to have enough income that I would have a truck & be allowed to live in a truck shell temporarily; but built into that plot: Sooner or later they would pillage my truck because I'm a Christian & its their duty as godless heathen to make sure I suffer for Jesus, if I don't stop evangelizing. In 2002 several restaurants opened all at once with names containing "row" & other coded phonemes - & there was police oppression combined with the coded restaurant names; recently, codes occurring threatening that I have to "cross" the street & do business with them &/or work for them; but upon doing so it's taken as signing on the dotted line for death row (modern-day crucifixion). I've been applying at virtually every business in town, but with these half dozen or so I made an exception. When the gov't didn't effect any of the arrests that I demanded as of Jan. 2004, they took it as license to finish me off & take over the nation, with the help of the conspirators within the church. Message appeared at the end of US Marines recruiting commercial on TV (ESPN2) in approx. March 2014. You're either running to the Marines & telling them who you are & what you know about the rebellion, or you're one of the rebels, & you're going to be running from the Marines when they attack the rebels! There's no middle ground! As far as I know, it wasn't directed exclusively at Davis, but the whole nation. I've had dreams of China attacking our nation due largely to the acquiescense to the rebellion freely occurring in public places & in the media. RUN TO THE MARINES! NATIONAL/INTERNATIONAL CONSPIRACY

Originally (1960's & '70's):

• Hypocritical church leaders in US & other parts of the world turned conspirators; Soon after Lennon's slip of the tongue, there were Beatle album burnings occurring in the US as protest; protest is free speech, but it grew to become oppression. Legal protest turned into hypocrisy & illegal conspiracy within the church. The pastors & leaders instigated church members to be cold & hateful toward rockers, so that joining a church was often futile; no fellowship or brotherly love. The smearings also created an implicit hostile & adversarial environment in the church toward rock & roll overall, having a chilling effect on any rock fans considering converting to Christianity, & having an untold effect of discouraging youth from the church.
• Lethargic church members; Christians within the church failed to confront hypocritical & criminal pastors smearing rockers & more than that, & church members allowed themselves to become deluded by the lies (2 Thess 2:10-12);
• Freedom of speech & Freedom of assembly became a central focus; Scandal in the churches resulted in more & more bitterness & distrust in the US, with our rights & freedoms diminishing accordingly; in addition to freedom of speech rights, the increasing militancy resulted in metal detectors at public entrances, unconstitutional searches to enter public events, etc. - Americans becoming militant & distrustful of other Americans. Yolo court installed metal detectors because, after bailiffs violated my rights unjustly seizing me at the entrance (charge was later dropped), they determined they couldn't trust themselves, so how could they trust others? When I subsequently came to court for appearance, there were the metal detectors. The chill effect of the churches results in people distrusting both themselves & others, & then they overreact & create militant standards & demands. Despite recent California landmark court rulings for free speech:
  
  Carreras v. City of Anaheim (9th Cir 1985) 768 F. 2d 1039, 1046, "Annoyance & inconvenience is a small price to pay for our most precious right!"
  
  Gerawan Farming, Inc. v. Lyons (2000) 24 Cal. 4th 468: "The Ca. Constitution, Art. I sec. 2 provides more than a protection against infringement, it is a 'grant of right!...article I's [Ca. Constitution] right to freedom of speech, unlike the First Amendment's [US Constitution], is unbounded in range. It runs against the world, including private parties as well as governmental actors....,'"
  
  Here's the grant, giving the Ca. Constitution teeth: Ca. statutory law making violation of civil rights also a violation of Ca. penal code 422.6, making it an arrestable offense; in other words, you can arrest &/or charge with a crime store owners, police officers, or anyone else who violate your rights, without having to sue or obtain a court order first. (Important safety tip: This is to illustrate the patriotism & zeal of the people of California only; if you think this is the limit of Cuffy's power, you are in for a mauling!);
  
  literally providing we the people with all the tools, weapons, & protections necessary. But with spread of conspiracies, our rights began to erode, long held values went out the window. The battle lines were drawn, with displays created to "commemorate" the ground the rebels had taken. Although I was unaware of the original cause (churches smearing rock & rollers), I was aware that it was a huge cover-up, & my dozens of decisive court victories were all being covered up, whitewashed, & denied; & this, despite the whole nation had heard of me; no one speaking up on my behalf. At a time like this, it was crucial for churches & Christian organizations to do battle & intervene; what happened was that because it originated in the churches, I was abandoned, at least locally, & our rights publicly offered to the god of prejudice & pride. One example: While most stores obviously don't like free speech activities in front of their entrances, it was unequivocally a protected activity in America & even more vehemently in California. But as the persecution against me (& others) continued with more & more people acquiescing, pointing to the coldness of the former church that had betrayed me as one of the excuses, retail stores concocted a take of free speech rights. In 2006, while I was hostage for a total of 2 1/2 years in jail pursuant to Yolo conspiracy concocting 6 kangaroo trials to try to negate all my previous victories, I read in the news about Target stores' deal with Salvation Army to pay them what they would make in front of their stores ringing bells, if they would forfeit their rights to be in front of Target stores, & go somewhere else. As one who saves souls, a Christian army coming to my aid was precisely what I needed, & instead, they literally folded publicly, for money! Target as of that point was one of the rebels, & they erected landmarks depicting their "take" - giant red balls witnessing that Americans had agreed to forfeit our free speech rights in public places - a BIG ball was dropped, & they were claiming it as a take for retail establishments:
  

  

  Davis rebels, consisting of mostly atheists who were tired of losing debates about Jesus & God to a struggling Christian, as well as University Covenant Church, who wanted me defeated any way they could (because they had deceptively ended my membership mostly because I was dirt poor & struggling to make ends meet), & other Davis & regional churches trying to prop them up, attempted to use this to their advantage. Rebels rather than patriots - GIANT USA FLAG - CUT OFF - They made a covenant with the university (in addition to the Davis rebels already oppressing me); UC Davis, instead of refusing to join the rebellion, became one of the kingpins, & they literally advertised it, creating an I.M. field light post having the appearance of a giant flag pole, towering above all the other light posts - as though a tribute honoring the local citizen who had battled so bravely for our rights & freedoms; but instead of a tribute (if nothing else, to our nation itself), the giant flag pole is cut off, as though a big "Baaahhh!"
  
  

  

  Moreover, as part of this "covenant," with the rebels incorporating treacherous marriage plots into the conspiracy as a tactic to eliminate any & all hope that I might have of eventually getting justice & then getting married, UCD (with the assistance of all the rebels) created a public display of the parameters of any supposed marriage to include the victim with a perpetual tin cup (poverty), & never-ending defeats in court battles. Based on local codes, with 'tennis courts' a code for if you're poor (with a tin cup), it's accusations & court. The context was I was appealing to the higher courts, as high as the US Supreme Court; they literally dictated that the victim would be dropping the big legal balls (legal charging documents are traditionally yellow).
  

  

  Another blatant display & proof of the "terms of engagement & marriage" was the fact that they recruited John McEnroe to come & dedicate the new tennis courts. While I personally have nothing against McEnroe, the reason it had to be him, was the taboo 'row' phoneme in his name, as in death row. The entire community signed on the dotted line that this was the goal for the struggling Christian victim many times over. McEnroe's partner was Bill Maze, who's name was yet another code - the victim struggling to make ends meet & pay bills will never escape the maze or traps ending in death row. This happened in 2005, at the beginning of the nearly 3 years of captivity in Yolo jail. As far as their fanciful ideas of marriage, they never came to terms with my public warnings & outcries that, far from any terms of engagement or marriage, produced, for starters, an AFFIDAVIT on the internet declaring war!
• Nation-wide terrorism; the rebellion has resulted in frustration & hatred, causing shootings & murders
• Possible scandal distorting necessary amount of sleep; For years, doctors & other health & fitness authorities publicly asserting - almost like it's a duty - that you need at least 8 hours of sleep, when it's been my experience that for most adults, that's too much sleep, bordering on laziness. Moreover, a commonly occurring seemingly nonsense FYI on a lot of vm programs, when instructing you to press a number, "the Q is on the 7, & the Z is on the 9;" keypads already contain this info, but it involves rhetoric about sleeping (zzz's) - or possibly oversleeping - & taking one's cue (Q). Both of these phenomenas have been occurring for one to two decades - conspirators instigating people to create deceptions as far as amount of sleep of victim
