Mar. 2014; most likely the message is directed toward all of America, but the rebellion has culminated in the No. Ca. region. I've had dreams of Chinese plotting attacks - war - because of the acquiescense to the rebellion; plots occurring in public places with seemingly no accountabitity. The gov't has been tracking the rebels since possibly the 1960s (they are the culmination of the church conspiracy against the rock & rollers, but they have many allies, such as Davis atheists), but the US military has yet to publicly combat or attack the rebels.

Region-wide scandal involving hundreds of thousands of people of Yolo, Solano, & Sacramento Counties, who have declared independence from America. 1. THE LEADERS & MANY CITIZENS HAVE COMMITTED YEARS OF OPPRESSION, KIDNAP, & SLAVERY, & HAVE REPEATEDLY REFUSED TO PROVIDE JUSTICE
"Don't kidnap your fellow countryman or sell him into slavery. Those who do such things are to be put to death. You must purge the evil from among you.," Deut. 24:7. "Do not withhold good from those who deserve it, when it is in your power to act. Do not say to your neighbor, 'Come back later; I'll give it tomorrow,' when you now have it with you," Prov. 3:27,28. "Do not exploit the poor because they are poor and do not crush the needy in court, for the LORD will take up their case and will torment those who torment them," Prov. 22:23.

KIDNAP & HOSTAGE CAPTIVITY: Despite years of court-documented proof of my innocence, pillars of the community publicly testifying on my behalf, & proof that I am a victim of local police oppression, the leaders pressured everyone to keep silent, & arranged for me to be kidnapped & held hostage for 2 years from 2004-2007

11 YEARS OF WILLFUL ACTS OF FALSE ARRESTS, DISCRIMINATIONS, KIDNAPPINGS, & TERRORISM COMMTTED AGAINST AN INNOCENT CITIZEN: I have been false arrested & kidnapped more than 60 times by Davis/UCD police, & threatened with kidnap an additional 20+ times. Instead of providing justice, the mayor & town council directly participated at the public town council meetings in Summer of 2002 & Spring of 2003!

CASING & STALKING ON A DAILY BASIS INVOLVING THREATS AGAINST CITIZEN'S LIFE, & THREATS IN ATTEMPT TO MANIPULATE; COMMUNITY-WIDE CONSPIRACY TO DEPRIVE AN INNOCENT CITZEN OF A HOME, JOB, & JUSTICE; ACTS OF EXTORTION: I testify that these hate crimes are occurring against me; a conspiracy depriving me of a job, a home, & justice; & death threats, as well as threats in attempt to scare me into submission

2. THE LEADERS & MANY CITIZENS HAVE COMMITTED SLAVERY, KIDNAP, & ARE PERPETUATING A CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT MURDER
"Do not spread false reports. Do not help a wicked man by being a malicious witness. Do not follow the crowd in doing wrong. When you give testimony in a lawsuit, do not pervert justice by siding with the crowd...Do not deny justice to your poor people in their lawsuits. Have nothing to do with a false charge and do not put an innocent or honest person to death, for I will not acquit the guilty," Ex. 23:1-3,6,7. "Do not take a millstone from a man as security for a debt, not even the upper one. For that is taking a man's lively hood as security. Don't kidnap your fellow countryman or sell him into slavery. Those who do such things are to be put to death. You must purge the evil from among you.," Deut. 24:6,7.

DEATH THREATS: They have done everything they can to convince me there is no way out; one way or another they are going to succeed at ending my life. The 2-year captivity, along with the systematic denial of justice, is my "Q" that the threats are very real & it would be foolish to fail to take them seriously. Ps. 79:11,12, "May the groans of the prisoners come before you, O God; by the strength of your arm preserve those condemned to die. Render into the laps of our neighbors sevenfold the reproach they have hurled at you, O Lord."

HOSTAGE CAPTIVITY FOR 2 YEARS: As of 2000-2001, everyone in the county had heard of me, & it was public knowledge that I had cleared my name & established my reputation as an honest, hard-working, law-abiding citizen, as well as a faithful Christian. In this context, the leaders pressured everyone to keep silent, & I was put through 7 kangaroo trials in 3 years, & held hostage for more than 2 years from resulting unconst. & deceptive sentences. The alarming thing is that everyone in the county knew for a fact I was & am innocent, yet almost no one lifted a finger to prevent it or halt it! & to this very day the majority of the citizens lie & try to deny knowing anything about it when you pointedly ask them to stand up for justice.

3. THE LEADERS & MANY CITIZENS MOVED THE ANCIENT LANDMARKS, & REJECTED THE ANCIENT PATHS
"Do not move an ancient landmarks placed by your forefathers," Prov. 22:28; "Do not move an ancient landmark," Prov. 23:10. "Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls," Jer. 6:16. "'For My people have forgotten Me, they burn incense to worthless gods and they have stumbled from their ways, from the ancient paths...'" Jer. 18:15.

KIDNAP & HOSTAGE CAPTIVITY: They willfully kidnapped & held me hostage when everyone knows I am & was innocent

BANISHMENT FROM A LARGE SECTION OF THE COMMUNITY: There is no banishment in Ca. or America, in fact, England outlawed banishment centuries ago, yet I was banished from 1000 acres of the Davis community, & the void court order was unjustly enforced 15 times, adding 15 cts. of kidnap to the banishment condition! Banishment is "a fate universally decried by civilized people!" Trop v. Dulles (1958) 356 US 86!

SPEAKING IN CODES: They don't have the guts or integrity to provide justice; they are in too much trouble to admit their guilt; they speak in codes to try to get away with it. They have left the ancient paths of justice, & deceptively use coded language. "Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls," Jer. 6:16.

II. Biblical basis for take-over

1. THE WICKED LOSE THEIR RIGHT TO DWELL IN THE LAND
"...the wicked will be no more; though you look for them, they will not be found," Ps. 37:10,11. "Wait for the LORD and keep his way. He will exalt you to inherit the land; when the wicked are cut off, you will see it, but the meek will inherit the land and enjoy great peace," Ps. 37:34. The wicked have completed the measure of their sin, & are to be driven out of the land, Gen 15:16.

2. GOD REMOVES THE WICKED & REWARDS THE FAITHFUL WITH THE LAND
"I will give you every place where you set your foot,...No one will be able to stand up against you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you. Be strong and courageous, because you will lead these people to inherit the land I swore to their forefathers to give them...Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go...take possession of the land the LORD your God is giving you for your own," Josh. 1:3,5,6,9,11. Deut 2:31c,"'Begin to occupy, that you may possess [the]... land.'"

3. THE RIGHTEOUS TAKE AUTHORITY OVER THE WICKED
"I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you," Luke 10:19.

4. DRIVE OUT THE MOCKERS
"Drive out the mocker, and out goes strife; quarrels and insults are ended," Prov. 22:10. "Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked or stand in the way of sinners or sit in the seat of mockers," Ps. 1:1.

5. THE WICKED MUST BE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE
"It is not good to be partial to the wicked or to deprive the innocent of justice," Prov. 18:5. "Acquitting the guilty and condemning the innocent - the LORD detests them both," Prov. 17:15. I forgave my oppressors for 6 1/2 years, turning the other cheek, refusing to sue or file charges against them. For my good deeds toward them they have plotted against my life & held me hostage for 2 years. "If a man pays back evil for good, evil will never leave his house," Prov. 17:13. "When justice is done, it brings joy to the righteous but terror to evildoers," Prov. 21:15. "These also are sayings of the wise: To show partiality in judging is not good: Whoever says to the guilty, 'You are innocent' peoples will curse him and nations denounce him. But it will go well with those who convict the guilty, and rich blessing will come upon them," Prov. 24:23-25.

III. Strategy of attack

BE BOLD! EXPOSE THE OPRESSORS! CONFRONT THEM! Open your eyes & you will see that America has already declared war on this region & has been mounting an invasion behind the scenes; as of a decade ago the US gov't started infiltrating with under cover agents & informants posing as citizens of all walks; invasion & restoration of law & order is imminent. Nevertheless, the invasion isn't occurring at a biblical & traditional rate; they're stalling! PRESSURE THE FIB, US DEPT. OF JUSTICE, PRESIDENT, TO BRING ON THE INVASION NOW! Offer to help. Uncle Sam needs you!! A region-wide scandal involving 100s of thousands of oppressors & dictators who are publicly defying the laws of the land on a daily basis, & who have declared independence from America is what the gov't is up against. Do your duty for justice & as an act of personal affirmation of allegience to our nation to fight against enemies of our nation. "It is written: 'I believed; therefore I have spoken.' Since we have that same spirit of faith, we also believe and therefore speak," I Cor 4:13. Furthermore, those who are citizens of this region, you don't have a choice; you will be found guilty of aiding & abetting at minimum if you refuse to take a stand against the oppressors publicly.

OCCUPY: PHYSICAL PRESENCE & EXCERCISING OUR RIGHTS! Deut 2:31c,"'Begin to occupy, that you may possess [the]... land.'" While we are Americans & possess this land, we are in danger or forfeiting it to those in No. Ca. area who have defected from the USA. We must occupy as far as our rights; "use 'em or lose 'em!" Demonstrate, public speak against the corruption in town squares & shopping centers, & anywhere! "Any time, any day, any where;" Fresno, Ca. is a model of freedom of speech & civil rights values, & earned the title All-America City in 1967 & 2000. But Fresno isn't the exception, Fresno is the archtype of California! California is at the forefront of America's civil rights values: Gerawan Farming, Inc. v. Lyons (2000) 24 Cal. 4th 468, The Ca. Constitution, Art. I Sec. 2 provides more than a protection against infringement or freedom of speech, it is an "explicit grant of right!...Our California Constitution provides greater, not lesser, protection for this traditional form of free speech." Fight for, protect, & defend our free speech rights; demand of friends, neighbors, & acquaintances that they do everything in their power to arrest the conspirators. Those from other regions, come to Davis; live in Davis, & claim the land for Christ & for our civil rights! Or, visit Davis; make a physical appearance & assert & verbalize our beliefs in America & our civil rights of liberty, free speech, & freedom of assembly & equal protection. Come & tell the local citizens to arrest the conspirators, & warn them (many of whom are participating in the crimes) that they will pay a high price for the injustices if they don't repent!

ARREST TRAITORS & OPPRESSORS: Call & demand invasion & demand arrest of the criminals. Pressure local police to obey the law & do what is right; if you deem them trustworthy (excluding Davis police), report conspiracies to them as well, but not in leiu of reports to Feds. "...it will go well with those who convict the guilty, and rich blessing will come upon them," Prov. 24:23-25.
